The turbokompressor is faulty?

Laying of hoses and arrangement a turbokompressor – an exhaust

1–coal filter;
2–ventilating tube of a fuel tank;
3–returnable valve of the coal filter;
5–regulator of pressure of fuel;
6–inlet collector;
7–case ventilation;
8–returnable valve of the coal filter;

9–butterfly valve branch pipe;
10-radiator of nadduvochny air;
11-vacuum box of a regulator of pressure of pressurization;
12-valve of shutdown of draft;
13-electromagnetic valve of restriction of pressure of pressurization;
14-valve of restriction of pressure of ventilation of a case;
15-electromagnetic valve of the coal filter.

Before allegedly faulty turbokompressor will be replaced, follows along with the defects given in the table of the help at malfunctions, to check the following functions or possible sources of defects: knots of adjustment of pressure of pressurization, supply of fuel, injection, ignition, compression and air filter.

 Council: After long full loading let's to the engine work before switching off some time idling.

Turbokompressor dismantle

At works on a turbokompressor it is necessary to observe purity. Before a detachment carefully clean connecting places and their environment, the dismantled details put only on the pure lining, open knots cover for protection against pollution, establish only pure new details, do not work with the compressed air near a place of repair and do not move the car.


  1. Disconnect a wire of weight of the accumulator.
  2. Dismantle the air filter.
  3. Disconnect air hoses from a turbokompressor.
  4. Water hoses to a turbokompressor densely press and dismantle.
  5. Unscrew an exhaust suspension bracket from a transmission.
  6. Unscrew from a turbokompressor the catalytic converter (four nuts).
  7. Unscrew from a turbokompressor a hose of supply of oil.
  8. Unscrew from a turbokompressor a hose of return of oil.
  9. From below unscrew fixing bolts with which the turbokompressor to a final collector fastens. The bent superimposed key of SW 12 is for this purpose used.
  10. Strongly hold a turbokompressor during unscrewing and lift it up.
  11. Installation: use new nuts and bolts. Grease flange bolts турбокомпрессора / a knee of a final collector with G 000 500 greasing in the field of a carving and basic surfaces of heads.
  12. Establish a turbokompressor with all bolts and nuts in the beginning so that it could move a little. For this purpose fixing nuts/bolts only slightly fasten.
  13. Screw up four fixing bolts for turbokompressor fastening at a final collector and tighten taking into account the necessary moment of an inhaling.
  14. After it tighten nuts on a reception pipe.
  15. Before connection of a hose of supply of oil it is necessary in the beginning in a connecting branch pipe on the compressor to pour a little fresh engine oil.
  16. After installation of a turbokompressor do not start at once the engine on high turns as compressor greasing is still unreliable.
  17. Let's to it work within one minute idling.
