Not tight sites in system of cooling it is most easier to reveal, when the engine hot and, respectively, in system of cooling working pressure dominates. Therefore for check of water hoses put on working gloves to avoid burns.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Hoses at a radiator and the engine, and also in heating system are tight?
  2. Cracks in hoses? Knead them to establish, whether there were hoses rigid and fragile – in this case replace.
  3. Kneading hoses, it is possible to establish, whether there were not tight sites caused by stings of rodents?
  4. The ends of hoses are leaky attached to branch pipes?
  5. Whether
  6. tension bolts of collars of hoses are well tightened?
  7. The rusted collars of hoses during movement and at total working pressure in system of cooling can unexpectedly not sustain a pressure. Replace!
  8. In a workshop tightness of system of cooling is checked by the special manual air pump with a manometer.
  9. This device is established on an opening of a broad tank and then pressure in 1 bar is pumped up.
  10. If the indication of a scale does not decrease within one-two minutes, the system of cooling is tight.
